Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
Dear Customer,
We accept product returns. You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To ensure your return is eligible, please note the following requirements:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
If a return is requested for reasons not related to product quality, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the item’s original price.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
